Fermentation and Gut-health are at the core of Conscious Kitchen (excuse the pun). A night of education about our microbiome from our nutritionist, along with the history and different techniques of fermenting by our chef. Come along and get involved with making some kimchi and sauerkraut and leave with the tools and knowledge to start creating this beneficial probiotic in your own home. Included is a handout, recipes and a jar to take home.
